NOTICE OF HEARING
BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
LINGLE TOWN COUNCIL
VARIANCE REQUEST

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the application of Delwin Watson for a variance to the provisions of the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Lingle, as provided under Section 503, Board of Adjustments, Zoning Regulations, Town of Lingle, for:  Chicken Variance.  Located in Residential Zone 1 on the following described real property:  721 Clover Avenue; Walker Addition Block 06 Lot 4 less south 50 ft.  A hearing of the Board of Adjustments will be held in the Council Chambers, Lingle Community Center, Lingle, Wyoming at 7:00 p.m. on the 17th of May 2023 at which time the application will be considered and all persons interested will be heard.
