The Regular Meeting of the Lingle Town Council convened at 7:00 PM November 9, 2022 with Mayor Unverzagt leading the Pledge of Allegiance. Upon roll call, the following were present, constituting a quorum: Mayor: Al Unverzagt Council Members: A.J. Lambert Micah Foster Kathy Wilhelm Brandie Cook
There was also present: Police Chief: Endra Andrews Town Attorney: Anna Barnes Clerk/Treasurer: Richard Reyes Town Supervisor: Larry Haeffelin LVFD S/T: Tabitha Lambert Absent: Fire Chief: Kasey Bangerter. Mayor Unverzagt welcomed all to the meeting and thanked them for being present. Mayor Unverzagt called for changes to the agenda. Being none, CM Lambert moved to approve the agenda as presented. CM Wilhelm voiced the second and the motion carried unanimously. Mayor Unverzagt called for approval of the minutes of the October 19, 2022 regular council meeting. CM Wilhelm moved to approve the minutes as presented. CM Cook voiced the second and the motion carried unanimously. BILLS October 2022: CM Lambert pointed out two corrections to the Bill Listing: Crystal Albers is the cleaning person not Victoria Nye; CM Foster’s name was misspelled and should be Micah. With the noted corrections CM Lambert moved to approve the bills in the amount of $ 100,379.78. CM Cook voiced the second and the motion carried unanimously. LVFD: S/T Lambert reported: Five ambulance calls and one fire call for the month of October; The Fire Department conducted a fire safety day with school children; The LVFD will do a ride with Santa for children on December 20, 2022 and Santa will be present at the school program December 6, 2022; Discussion of the Giving Tree located in the Town Office took place and CM Wilhelm moved to donate $250 to the Giving Tree. CM Cook voiced the second and the motion carried unanimously.
LEGAL ITEMS: TA Barnes reported: An Arraignment and Trial will take place in the Community Center November 17, 2022 at 9:00 A.M. ADMINISTRATIVE ITEMS: C/T Reyes reported: The Annual Member Data Request report for Wyoming Municipal Power Agency has been submitted for FY 2021-2022; Ordinance #363 has been registered with the Goshen County Clerk’s office; The Lingle, Mingle, Jingle will take place in the Lingle Community Center November 11th and 12th; The Town Office and Maintenance Facilities will be closed Friday November 11, 2022 for Veterans Day. MAINTENANCE ITEMS: TS Haeffelin reported: The Maintenance Department has completed two electrical meter upgrades; He will be conducting locates for the optic fiber being installed down Main Street. COUNCIL ITEMS: CM Lambert offered congratulations to Kasey Bangerter for his election to the North Platte Valley Conservation District; Mayor Unverzagt discussed the November 23rd and December 21st Council meetings. By consensus the Council agreed to forego those meetings however, should business need to be conducted a meeting will be initiated. Council also agreed by consensus to have a carry-in Christmas Party the evening of December 21, 2022 in the Lingle Community Center.  
With no further business to conduct Mayor Unverzagt adjourned the meeting at 7:36 PM.
