NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the application of Steven Patch for a variance to the provisions of the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Lingle, as provided under Section 503, Board of Adjustments, Zoning Regulations, Town of Lingle, for: A garage setback variance. Located in Residential Zone 1 Special on the following described real property: 140 Reid Avenue; Lingle Original Town; Block 7; Lot 2 Less the North 100 Feet. A hearing of the Board of Adjustments will be held in the Council Chambers, Lingle Community Center, Lingle, Wyoming at 7:00 p.m. on the 21st day of September 2022 at which time the application will be considered and all persons interested will be heard.
